Terms and Conditions – Digital Products, Training, and Workshops

All sales of digital products, training materials, and online workshops are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

Workshops and training services that are invoiced are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Payment is due as specified.

Cancellations:
For live or scheduled workshops, cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled start date to avoid fees. Cancellations made less than 7 business days in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
